What form of payment does Local Sounds accept?

We accept payment in the forms of cash, check, or credit card through our billing portal.

Does the 20% deposit save the date for my event?

Yes, to secure a date for your event, you need to make sure the contract is signed as well as a 20% down payment. Ordering an Event on the website DOES NOT confirm your gig. After submitting an order, you will get an email or call from our sales representatives. Your event is officially booked after submission of signed contract and down payment.

Do I need to fill out the Planning sheet?

Yes, the purpose of the planning sheet is to keep your wedding/event flowing smoothly and also to know what kind of music you are interested in. The Planning sheet must be sent in to us two weeks prior to your scheduled event.

What is Local Sounds Entertainment?

Local Sounds provides mobile live sound, visual entertainment and support for all types of live events, such as Wedding Receptions, Corporate and Private Parties, Live Bands/Artists, School Functions, Fundraising or Public Events

Will my DJ/Photo Booth attendant be dressed in professional attire?

Your DJ/Photo booth attendant will always be dressed professionally.

How much space is needed for DJ/Photo Booth setup?

A 10 foot by 10 foot area is needed for a DJ setup. A 15 foot by 15 foot area is needed for a Photo Booth set up. Local Sounds also requires a minimum of one 15-20 amp circuit outlet from a reliable source within 25 feet of the set-up area.

What if the forecast calls for rain and my event is outside?

It is the clients' responsibility to make sure the DJ area is properly covered to prevent damage to equipment.

If I need to cancel my event, will I get a refund?

No, the down payment is non-refundable. Final Payment is not due until 7 days before event.
